THIS 2006 DRV 36 TK3 (ACTUALLY DOUBLETREE UNTIL 2008) IS QUITE AN EXTRAORDINARY UNIT. IT'S CONDITION IS ACTUALLUY QUITE UNBELIEVABLE AND THAT IS MOST LIKELY BECAUSE IT HAS HAD ONLY ONE OIWNER SINCE NEW. IT IS QUITE AN UNDERSTATEMENT TO SAY THAT IT HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT IT'S LIFE AND IS IN VERY CLEAN CONDITION. CERTAINLY NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS, A NON SMOKER AND NO ODORS OF ANY KIND. THE OWNERS CAME FROM RIFLE, COLORADO AND THE PURCHASED A 2018 DRV 39 DBR FROM US.
THERE IS NO BODY DAMAGE ON IT AND NO HISTORY OF ANY KIND OF DAMAGE. THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF ANY WATER DAMAGE IN IT'S HISTORY AND NO WATER DAMAGE ON IT NOW. THE GOODYEAR TIRES LOOK AT LEAST 70% LEFT AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF ANY DRY ROT. AFTER THE USUALL 50 HOURS OR SO OF SERVICING IT WILL GET - FROM IT'S ROOF TO THE DISC BRAKES - I AM SURE THIS UNIT WILL HAVE MANY MORE YEARS OF GOOD SERVICE LEFT IN IT'S LIFE.
