THIS IS A TWO OWNER UNIT FIRST PURCHASED JULY, 2007 IN QUEEN CITY, TEXAS. THE SECOND OWNER BOUGHT IT LATE 2013 AND CAME FROM DURUM, NORTH CAROLINA. THIS UNIT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN VERY WELL MAINTAINED BY BOTH OF IT'S PREVIOUS OWNERS. IT WAS NOT A LIVED IN UNIT, IS A NON SMOKER, WE SAW NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS AND THERE ARE NO ODORS OF ANY KIND. STILL THOUGH, WE FELT THAT IT WAS TIME FOR A FEW MODERN UPDATES AND WE CERTAINLY HAVE THE RESOURCES TO THAT. THE UPDATES HAVE NOW MADE THIS WONDERFUL COACH EVEN BETTER. THE MAIN A/C UNIT HAD BEEN REPLACED RECENTLY BY IT'S PREVIOUS OWNER AND A RESIDENTIAL FRIDGE WAS ALSO ADDED. WE DID NEW PATIO AWNING (BOTH ARE POWERED AND WITH A REMOTE), NEW SLIDE TOPPER AWNINGS, COMPLETE FIBERGLASS ROOF RESEAL, NEW SKYLIGHT, NEW HD ANTENNA, NEW FRONT DECAL, NEW BATTERIES, NEW LIVING ROOM 50 INCH LED TV MOUNTED ON A PULL OUT SWING ARM BRACKET, NEW CARPETS THROUGHOUT AND NEW KING BED MATTRESS. THINGS WERE NOT WORN OUT JUST DATED.
