THIS UNIT IS A ONE ORIGINAL OWNER UNIT. IT WAS BUILT BY DRV ON APPROXIMATELY 10/30/2012. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD BY A DEALER RIGHT HERE IN MESA, ARIZONA IN EARLY 2013. IT IS A NON SMOKER, WE SAW NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS AND IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A LIVED-IN UNIT. IT HAS NEARLY BRAND NEW HANCOOK TIRES DATE CODED 51/2018 AND ARE OF COURSE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. WE THINK IT IS A HIGHLY OPTIONED 5TH WHEEL AS IT COMES FROM THE FACTORY BUT THE PREVIOUS OWNER ALSO ADDED A HD AUTOMATIC SATELLITE SET FOR DISH AND A COMBINATION WASHER/DRYER.
IT HAS BEEN SERVICED TO DEATH AND IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN.
