THIS CUSTOM ORDERED MOBILE SUITES 38 SKSB4 WAS BUILT ON 11/ 26/ 2012. TO CONFIRM THE TITLE AND THE VIN # INDICATE THAT IT IS A 2014 MODEL. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN MUSKEGON, MI. ON 2/ 20/ 2013. WE ORIGINALLY SOLD THIS UNIT TO IT'S SECOND OWNER LATE DECEMBER, 2017. THAT OWNER RECENTLY BOUGHT A NEW ONE AND ASKED US TO RESELL IT FOR HIM. THE TIRES WERE BRAND NEW THEN AND ALL OF THE TV'S HAVE WERE UPDATED.
IT IS A HIGHLY OPTIONED 5TH WHEEL AND COMES WITH DRV'S FULLY INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION WITH DISC BRAKES, DUAL PATIO AWNINGS, AWESOME ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM, RESIDENTIAL FRIDGE, QUEEN BED AND A WALK IN WARDROBE. MANY CUSTOM ORDERED FEATURES AND OPTIONS WERE DRAWN FROM THE ELITE SERIES AS THE MSRP SHEET INDICATES. THE SECOND OWNER ADDED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS - UPGRADED MOR/RYDE PIN BOX, 3,000 WATT PURE SINE WAVE INVERTER, 110 VOLT SUB PANEL TO PROVIDE MORE OUTSIDE POWER, NEW WASHER AND DRYER, POWER CORD REEL AND WASTE MASTER DRAIN MASTER SEWER HOSE SYSTEM. IT AGAIN, IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED.
IT IS A TWO OWNER VERY LOW USE UNIT - NOT A LIVED IN UNIT, IS A NON SMOKER AND WE SAW NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS.
