THIS UNIT WAS BUILT 6/12/2013. THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 30/2020 AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. WE TOOK THIS UNIT IN ON TRADE, FROM THE SECOND OWNER WHO WE SOLD IT TO IN JUNE OF 2019. HE USED IT AS A VACATION HOME AND FOR THE MOST PART WE SERVICED IT DURING THOSE YEARS. FURTHER THE OWNER ADDED SLIDE TOPPER AWNINGS AND UP DATED THE FURNITURE WITH NEWER SLEEPER SOFA AND POWERED THEATER SEATING. WE HAVE DONE A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT AND IT HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED AND IS VERY CLEAN. NON SMOKER AND NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS. WE HAVE HAD IT PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN.
