THE HOUSTON IS A CUSTOM ORDERED ONE OWNER UNIT. THE FRAME WAS BUILT 6/6/2017 AND THE OWNER TOOK DELIVERY OF IT DURING JULY THAT YEAR. THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 10/2017. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN ARIZONA, IS A NON SMOKER, WE SAW NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS AND IS NOT A LIVED-IN UNIT.
WE ARE TRYING TO SELL THE RV HAULER AND THE 5TH WHEEL AS A UNIT FOR A FEW WEEKS. THEY ARE A STUNNING PAIR AND I WOULD HATE TO BREAK THEM UP. AS A PAIR WE ARE ASKING $234,900.
