THIS ONE OWNER UNIT WAS BUILT ON 3/13/2018 AND FIRST SOLD RIGHT HERE IN MESA, ARIZONA WHERE WE PICKED IT UP. IT'S EXTREMELY CLEAN AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED. AFTER PURCHASING IT THE PREVIOUS OWNER ADDED A 5.5Kw ONAN LP GENERATOR WHICH NOW HAS 86 HOURS ON IT, WINEGARD AUTOMATIC SATELLITE SYSTEM SET FOR DIRECT, SOLAR PANEL, TWO SLIDE TOPPER AWNINGS, LAMBRIGHT FURNITURE AND A TIRE PRESSURE MONITOING SYSTEM. THE ORIGINAL MSRP SHEET IS LOCATED IN THE PICTURE SECTION OF THIS AD. MAJOR FACTORY OPTIONS INCUDE HEAT PUMP, HEATED TANK PADS, MOR/RYDE STEP ABOVE AND A BACK UP CAMERA SYSTEM.
