THIS UNIT WAS BUILT ON 12/16/2019 AND ORIGINALLY SOLD IN TONTITOWN, AR. WE TOOK THIS UNIT IN ON TRADE. THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 44/2019 AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. FROM THE FACTORY, MAJOR OPTIONS INCLUDE POWERED HIGH END FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES, FIBERGLASS ROOF, DUCTED 3RD AC UNIT, OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT, POWERED 2ND PATIO AWNING AND BACKUP CAMERA SYSTEM. THE PREVIOUS OWNER ADDED A STACKING WASHER - DRYER, SLIDE TOPPER AWNINGS WITH PROTECTIVE WRAPS AND UPGRADED LIFELINE AGM BATTERIES. IT IS NOT A LIVED IN UNIT, IS A NON SMOKER AND WE SAW NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS.THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN BY MY WIFE DEANA AND ARE OF THIS UNIT THAT WE ARE SELLING. THEY ARE NOT BROCHURE PICTURES.
