THIS ONE OWNER UNIT WAS BUILT ON 12/13/2019 AND ORIGINALLY SOLD BY OUR SISTER COMPANY ROLLING RETREATS IN ELK CITY, OK. WE TOOK THIS UNIT IN ON TRADE. THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 44/2019 AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THIS UNIT IS CERTAINLY VERY CLOSE TO BEING IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. THE FACTORY WARRANTY IS STILL VALID HOWEVER UPON IT'S SALE IT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. MAJOR OPTIONS INCLUDE HIGH END FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES, FIBERGLASS ROOF AND A HUGH SOLAR SYSTEM WITH BRAND NEW LITHIUM BATTERIES.
THIS UNIT IS TRULY AS CLOSE TO NEW CONDITION CERTAINLY IN LINE WITH BEING LIGHTLY USED. IT IS NOT A LIVED IN UNIT, IS A NON SMOKER AND WE SAW NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS.
