THIS UNIT WAS BUILT 9/9/2019 AND ORIGINALLY SOLD BY OUR FRIENDS AT ROLLING RETREATS IN ELK CITY, OK. WE BROUGHT IT FROM IT'S SECOND OWNER IN OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON WHO ONLY BRIEFLY OWNED IT. THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 26/2019 AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. MAJOR OPTIONS INCLUDE A TON OF ELITE MODEL OPTIONS, A DUCTED THIRD AC UNIT, WHIRLPOOL WASHER AND 220 VOLT RESIDENTIAL DRYER, WINDOW AWNINGS, BACK UP CAMERA SYSTEM WITH SIDE CAMERAS, HEAT PUMP AND A BIG 2800 WATT INVERTER WITH 4 BATTERIES. WE HAD IT PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED AND DID A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT. DURING THAT INSPECTION WE DISCOVERED SOME WATER DAMAGE TO THE OFF DOOR SIDE REAR SLIDE. IT SEEMS THAT WATER LEAKED THROUGH A SMALL OPENING THROUGH THE SIDE WINDOW FRAME. IT WILL BE REPLACED AS PART OF OUR REGULAR SERVICE.
