THIS NEARLY BRAND NEW 2021 DRV ELITE SUITES 39 DBRS4 IS DRV'S MOST POPULAR BATH AND A HALF FLOOR PLAN. IT FEATURES A MAIN FLOOR HALF BATH / LAUNDRY ROOM, HUGE KITCHEN WITH CENTER ISLAND, LARGE PANTRY AND A KING BED MASTER SUITE WITH A HUGE FULL BATHROOM ENSUITE.
THIS UNIT WAS BUILT ON 8/5/2020. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN SEGUIN, TEXAS. WE ORIGINALLY SOLD THIS UNIT IN DEC, 2022. WE REPURCHASED THIS UNIT AS THEY DECIDED THAT A TOY HAULER WOULD BE MORE SUITABLE ONCE THEY DECIDED TO ADOPT A SECOND GREAT DANE! WE PICKED IN UP IN MISSOURI. WE HAVE DONE A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT AND OF COURSE FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AND THEN HAD IT PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED.
THE EXTERIOR COLOR IS DRV'S COASTAL FOG FULL BODY PAINT PACKAGE WITH FULL BODY CLEAR COAT. THE INTERIOR IS A VERY RARE YET STUNNING LATTE HARDWOOD CABINETRY. THE PREVIOUS OWNERS SEEM TO HAVE SPARED NOTHING TO MAKE THIS UNIT REALLY SOMETHING SPECIAL. I CHALLENGE YOU TO FIND THE FACTORY OPTION THEY DID NOT ORDER. WE ADDED ALL NEW FURNITURE ( THEY KEPT THEIR LAMBRIGHT FURNITURE ) AND A TIFFANY CEILING FAN. OTHERWISE IT IS AS ORDERED AND A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL MSRP SHEET FOR JUST UNDER $215,000 IS INCLUDED IN THE PICTURE SECTION.
