THIS ONE OWNER UNIT WAS BUILT ON 8/28/2020 AND ORIGINALLY SOLD IN SEGUIN, TEXAS. WE BROUGHT IT HERE FROM KANSAS. THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 49/2019 AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THIS UNIT IS CERTAINLY VERY CLOSE TO BEING IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. THE FACTORY WARRANTY IS STILL VALID HOWEVER UPON IT'S SALE IT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. MAJOR OPTIONS INCLUDE 6.5 LP GEN WITH 61 HOURS ON IT, SIDE BY SIDE WASHER / DRYER AND A THIRD AC UNIT.
THIS UNIT IS TRULY AS CLOSE TO NEW CONDITION CERTAINLY IN LINE WITH BEING LIGHTLY USED. IT IS NOT A LIVED IN UNIT, IS A NON SMOKER AND WE SAW NO SIGNS OF ANY PETS.
