THIS NEARLY BRAND NEW, ONE OWNER, 2021 DRV MOBILE SUITES ATLANTA IS DRV'S TWO BEDROOM FLOOR PLAN. THE SECOND BEDROOM MEASURES 8' WIDE AND IS 6' LONG. THIS BEDROOM FEATURES DOUBLE BUNKS WITH UNDER THE BED DRAWERS, A DESK WITH A WINDOW ABOVE AND A WARDROBE SLIDE. THIS ARRANGEMENT COULD BE MODIFIED.
THIS UNIT WAS BUILT ON 2/8/2020. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN KNOXVILLE, TN. WE BOUGHT IT FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND PICKED IT UP IN CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA. THE ORIGINAL GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 38/2020. WE HAVE DONE A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT AND OF COURSE FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AND THEN HAD IT PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED.
THE EXTERIOR COLOR IS DRV'S OZARK SHORE PARTIAL PAINT PACKAGE WITH FULL BODY CLEAR COAT. THE INTERIOR IS A VERY RARE YET STUNNING LATTE HARDWOOD CABINETRY. OTHERWISE IT IS AS ORDERED AND A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL MSRP SHEET FOR JUST UNDER $196,000 IS INCLUDED IN THE PICTURE SECTION. THE PREVIOUS OWNER ADDED CHEAP HEAT, POWERED LOUNGE CHAIRS AND TRUMA HOT WATER SYSTEM. WE ADDED THE LEATHER COVERED AND POWERED THEATER SEATING TO REPLACE A DESK.
