THIS NEARLY BRAND NEW 2021 DRV MOBILE SUITES HOUSTON IS DRV'S MOST POPULAR BATH AND A HALF FLOOR PLAN. IT FEATURES A MAIN FLOOR HALF BATH / LAUNDRY ROOM, HUGE KITCHEN WITH CENTER ISLAND, LARGE PANTRY AND A KING BED MASTER SUITE WITH A HUGE FULL BATHROOM ENSUITE.
IT WAS BUILT ON 6/19/2020 AND THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODE 3/2020. THEY ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION OF COURSE. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN SEFFNER, FLORIDA. WE PURCHASED IT FROM IT'S ORIGINAL OWNER WHOSE'S HUSBAND SADLY HAD RECENTLY PASSED AWAY. IN ADDITION TO THE MANY OPTIONS THAT THIS UNIT HAS THE PREVIOUS OWNER ADDED A 5.5Kw ONAN LP GENERATOR. AS IT JUST ARRIVED WE HAVE ONLY DONE A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT AND OF COURSE FOUND NOTHING WRONG. OFF TO DETAIL AND SOON AFTER WE WILL BE TAKING OUR USUAL 80 PICTURES OF IT.
