THIS UNIT WAS BUILT ON 12/6/2021. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN TEXAS. WE BOUGHT IT FROM IT'S ORIGINAL OWNERS A FEW DAYS AGO FROM RIGHT HERE IN CHANDLER, ARIZONA. THE ORIGINAL GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 42/2021. WE HAVE DONE A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT AND OF COURSE FOUND NOTHING WRONG. IT HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED INSIDE AND OUT.
THE EXTERIOR COLOR IS DRV'S ARTIC MIST FULL BODY PAINT PACKAGE WITH FULL BODY CLEAR COAT. THE INTERIOR IS SYMPHONY WITH COLUMBIAN MAPLE WOOD CABINETRY. IT IS AS FACTORY ORDERED, EXCEPT FOR THE ADDTION OF A DEALER INSTALLED 5.5Kw ONAN LP GENERATOR AT $6,600. THE ORIGINAL MSRP SHEET FOR JUST OVER $267,000 IS INCLUDED IN THE PICTURE SECTION. IT IS OBVIOUSLY VERY HIGHLY OPTIONED WITH SPECIALS SUCH AS A FIBERGLASS ROOF, FIBERGLASS SKIRT PANELS, DUCTED 3RD AC UNIT AND 3 CAMERA ROAD MONITORING SYSTEM.
